This hotel is a great value for the money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as a large sofa and writing desk, are a nice touch. The location is also fantastic, being close to Central Festival Pattaya shopping mall and within easy reach of all that Pattaya has to offer.
All was perfect.

This hotel has the perfect location, so close to everything. We loved that it was walking distance from the beach and near a big shopping mall. The staff was helpful in telling us how to get around the city and which transportation to use. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel and the great facilities were impressive.
Nothing to be said.

Good breakfasts. Excellent and helpful staff. New reasonably large rooms. Clean and with balcony.
Location a little bit away from nightlife area which may suit some. Limited restaurant and seemed no room service. No tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to be in the middle of the action, with many bars and areas within walking distance. the beach and everything Pattaya has to offer are also just a short walk away. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the breakfast is a nice touch, with many choices to suit every taste. the pool is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful.
There are no visible electrical plugs to charge your devices and the WiFi requires constant signing in, which can be a hassle.

The thing I didnt like was that I had to pay for my 15 days reservation at my arrival even when you had my credit card print. It was very gross and impolite, never in Europe or us or Japan hotels they ask to pay up front. I asked your manager if I could pay a little later because of change rate more favorable but it was a big no. I Didnt get a special offer for my 15 days stay. During my holiday, I did a little shopping for rooms at Hilton and different hotel of your categorie and always they gave me a special rate for long stay. I come to Pattaya twice a year but I dont think I will come back to your hotel August or April. Be carefull, You miss at lack a commercial relation with your customer and I mentioned it in diverses forum.P.J

Rooms were very clean and good size. Everywhere was very spacious and functional. Good gym and pool and snooker. Breakfast ok.
Maybe the hotel needed more imagination with decor and plants. Felt more like a conference centre.
